UNRAVELLING THE RIFT BETWEEN QATAR – GULF NATIONS

The Muslim world was caught by surprise at the unforeseen decision made by the four Gulf nations, namely Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Egypt to cut ties with Qatar on the pretext that this tiny gas-rich nation had interfered in their internal affairs and supported terrorism. This diplomatic move was followed suit by East Libya, Yemen and Maldives.

This sudden development took place seventeen days after Donald Trump’s visit to Saudi Arabia and Israel. This visit will purportedly open a new avenue in Israeli-Arabic relations. In my previous article entitled, ‘Trump’s visit: Reading between the lines”, I reflected that the sole purpose of the visit was purely to safeguard the security of Israel in the Middle East. The recent shocking development seems to support the theory that a NATO-Arab pact is being established, and in this process, opposing countries, deemed a threat, are being alienated.

Israel Strengthening Strategy

The latest development should be viewed from a wider and thorough perspective. This is not merely a feud among Gulf countries, but it is a ‘grand design’ paved to remap the Muslim world for the benefit of the Zionist-Freemason agenda.

The scheme to divide the Muslim World is an open secret. The Western colonial powers, under the influence of Zionist-Freemason, successfully divided the Muslim world post World War I and II via the malicious Sykes-Picot Agreement and Balfour Declaration. In the aftermath, the Muslim world in general and the Middle East in particular were divided into countless smaller countries. Palestine was handed over to the British which resulted in the establishment of the illegal state of Israel in 1948.

The second phase was to strengthen Israel’s position and deter countries supporting the Islamic movement to liberate Palestine. This could be seen following the Camp David, Madrid and Olso agreements between Israel and its opponents.

The Camp David agreement in 1978 between Egypt and Israel ensured security for Israel after its defeat in the battle with Egypt in 1973. The hostility between the two countries waned after the agreement. The Madrid agreement in 1991 served to further expand Israel’s safety. Whilst the Camp David agreement only involved Egypt, the Madrid agreement involved many other Arab countries with the exception of Syria and Libya. The so called ‘peace plan’ was drawn on the pretext of ensuring peace in the Middle East after the chaos of Saddam Hussein’s attack on Kuwait and his plan to make war on Israel, with his slogan of ‘Palestine Liberation’. US and her allies were quick to capitulate and restrained Saddam, even sponsoring the Madrid Convention to safeguard Israel from similar threats in the future from other Arab countries. The Oslo accords in 1993 further extended Israel’s grip by subduing PLO lead by Yaseer Arafat. This was indirectly, a recognition of the illegal state of Israel by its opponents among the Arab nationalists.

The Turmoil of Arab Spring

Within this period of time, Israel has been in a pretty much comfortable position save for the threat coming from HAMAS, Jihad Islami and the Hezbollah. Israel continues to build on its strength from day to day with no fear from its neighbours, as they had been tamed by its obedient ally, the US. However, this tranquility was disrupted with the advent of the Arab Spring which led to the fall of several Arab regimes that had previously ruled with iron fists. This was especially so with the ousting of Hosni Mubarak in Egypt. What more when his successor is Mohamed Morsi, an Ikhwanul Musimin leader and an inspiration to the establishment of HAMAS and Jihad Islami.

Arab Spring divided the Arab World into two blocs: the supporters and the opposers. Qatar as its main supporter, had outwardly shown its support to the new Egyptian president, Mohamed Morsi. Its opponents, Saudi Arabia and the UAE invested hundreds of millions of dollars to depose Morsi and curb the influence of Arab Spring from spreading to the rest of the region. As a result, the Arab Spring did not bring about any benefitial outcome, except for more bloodshed and perpetual rivers of blood in Libya, Egypt, Yemen, Iraq and Syria.

The Revelation

The actions taken against Qatar was followed by a leak revealing links between UAE and the Zionist-Freemason movement. A group of hackers from Russia managed to intercept an email from Yousef Al-Otaiba, the UAE ambassador to the US, which hinted at an intimate relationship between the former and the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD), a think tank organisation supporting the Zionist regime. The expose includes a fifty five page document entailing the involvement of UAE in the coup in Turkey. In an email from John Hanna, the FDD advisor to al-Otaiba on the 16th of August 2016, he stated, ‘I have attached an article from a Turkish newspaper stating that we (from FDD) collaborated with UAE and others to wrest control of power in Turkey.’

In another email, al-Otaiba urged the US to suspend its supply of arms and other artilleries to the then Morsi-led Egypt under the pretext of security. This was followed by the revelation of a close relationship between al-Otaiba and Robert Gates, the former US Secretary of Defense. A few days prior to the leak, Robert Gates was reported to have condemned Qatar’s foreign policy in a function organised by FDD. It was also divulged that there was a pact between the US and UAE to foil the HAMAS convention in Doha.

These revelations disclose the real actors behind the scene being played out to the world. The charade behind the coup in Turkey and Egypt.  The travesty of Al-Qaeda and ISIS. Other moderate Islamic movements are currently being targeted or will become future targets of this world scale deception. And such a big deception may not be kept under wraps permanently.

Qatar: The Next Move?

Despite being a small nation, Qatar’s role in curbing the Zionist-Freemason influence in the Middle East through its cunning political maneuverings should be acknowledged. This led it to become a thorn in the side of its Arab neighbours. Qatar lends its support to HAMAS but at the same time, allows the US to build an army base on its grounds in an attempt to force the Houthis and Al-Qaeda out of Yemen. In addition, its leniency towards Iran, a long time rival of the Gulf nations has made Qatar the main target in the latest crisis.

The current situation leaves Qatar with two options: yield to the demands of others or face a systematic coup d’etat. Political analysts have also not ruled out the possibility of armed aggression to seize power and subdue Qatar.

Today, the Emir of Qatar, Syeikh Tamim bin Hamd Al-Thani visited Kuwait, viewed by analysts as an effort to restore its relationship with Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Kuwait used to be the middle man in reinstating the relationship between Qatar and other Gulf countries in the diplomatic crisis of 2014.

The ongoing episode will eventually lead to a divide among Muslims and strengthen Israel’s hold on Palestine. It would be gratifying if the Muslim ummah could strengthen the bonds within and place the importance of the ummah at the forefront, while puting their differences behind them. This is however, not an easy task. This temporary life is but a test, to see whether Muslims will side with goodness or align themselves with evil.
